The Supreme Court’s decision to deny Nnamdi Kanu justice is being thwarted by IPOB

It has been said by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) that the decision made by the Supreme Court on Friday, which referred the case of its leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, back to the high court, is a scheme to keep him incarcerated.

The group issued a call to action to the international community, stating that the justices of the Supreme Court ought to be held accountable in the event that there is any disruption of order in Nigeria during this time period.

“For the Supreme Court to move the case due for judgment back to a lower court is a scripted comedy skit to delay and deny Mazi Nnamdi Kanu justice,” the Independent President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (IPOB) stated in a press release that was signed by the group’s Publicity Secretary, Mr. Emma Powerful.

The biased and teleguided verdict handed out by the Supreme Court against Mazi Nnamdi demonstrates that the Justices of the Supreme Court are working along with the government of Nigeria to continue to inflict injustice on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

The question that needs to be answered is how the justices of the Supreme Court can in a roundabout way defend and approve the extraordinary rendition and foreign kidnapping of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu while simultaneously expressing their disapproval of the same crime.

Is the Nigeria Supreme Court established in such a way that it is able to function independently of the international rules that criticize extraordinary rendition? Is it possible that the justices of the Supreme Court have been speaking from both sides of their mouths?

The foreign Office of the Public Prosecution Bureau (IPOB) is informing the foreign community that the Nigeria Supreme Court Justices should be held accountable in the event that there is any disruption of order in Nigeria during this time period.

Unfortunately, the justices of the Supreme Court have become an instrument of tyranny for those who are oppressing others. This is a very regrettable development.

Furthermore, the group asserted that President Bola Tinubu was upholding an ethnic agenda that was directed against Igbos.
