Many people expect Liverpool and Arsenal to push Manchester City for the Premier League title this year.
The 2023-2024 season has gotten off to a great start for Klopp’s squad, as they have won five of their first six Premier League games.
The 1-1 tie at Chelsea on opening day was their only other result.
Since then, Chelsea has struggled, winning just one of their first six games in the Premier League this season.
Klopp believes that Chelsea and Tottenham have a significant advantage in the race for the top four this season due to the fact that their players are fresher than those of other teams.
Before Liverpool’s Premier League match against Tottenham on Saturday, Klopp claimed, “Chelsea and Tottenham have no European football.”
“Two heavyweights not playing in European football have the entire week to train while their competitors are on the road. Having this advantage is invaluable.
As a result of their extended break, “making it into the Champions League this year will be a massive, difficult task.”
