Posted by The captain of Rangers, Chukwudi Nwaodu, has announced that the club is prepared for the 2023–24 Nigeria Premier Football League season.
The first game of the new NPFL season pits the Coal City club against Doma United.
The game is scheduled to take place at the Awka City Stadium at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Nwaodu said the Flying Antelopes have a healthy amount of respect for their opponent, but it won’t change the fact that they have to win.
Doma United is just another squad we have to respect,” he told the Rangers’ press.
Our goals for the season include a strong start that includes a victory in the first game.
Coach Fidelis Ilechukwu is a skilled tactician, and he has assembled a group of talented players who are capable of delivering. We’re going to have to do a lot more chatting on the field.
