On Wednesday, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu swore in 37 members of his cabinet, including commissioners and special advisors.
At the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium in Alausa, Lagos, where the new executive council members were sworn in, Sanwo-Olu asked them to make decisions with the people of the state in mind.
He said, “Our people’s expectations have never been higher than they are right now. If you care about our country, you must do everything in your power to meet those expectations.”
Because Lagos is the epicenter of greatness, you can expect nothing less than stellar results from your efforts. The best chance we have of succeeding is if we work together, bring the people along, keep our feet on the ground, and make decisions with their best interests in mind.
There are now 24 members of the commission plus 14 advisors who were sworn in.
