Osinbajo, who campaigned for the All Progressives Congress (APC) and finished third, behind Bola Tinubu and former Transport Minister Chibuike Amaechi, believes that the country’s democracy has been reinforced as a result.

He argued that the election was a success for democracy since all parties had followed the rules of the electoral process and had turned to the courts in the event of a disagreement.

Having congratulated Tinubu, Kashim Shettima, and the APC, the author states that Nigeria “needs all of us to work together to address our challenges and to deliver the realization of the incredible potential of our country.”
