Nollywood actress Ireti Doyle has disclosed the one circumstance under which she will be naked in a film.
According to the actress, the only criterion for her to go naked in a film is the movie storyline supporting the act.
She stated that she would not approve the nudity if it was intended for publicity or commercial objectives.
The actress, 56, was a guest on the most recent episode of the Terms And Conditions podcast.
“There are some characters I wouldn’t play,” she explained. And it has nothing to do with nudity or love scenes.
“For example, if you expect me to go naked in a film, the script must justify it.” Absolutely not for the sake of sensationalism and clickbait. But if you’re presenting a narrative about rape or abuse and anything is required, I’m sure we can work something out so that you can attain the required level of realism.
“And, as I previously stated, as a professional actor, any reservations you have about playing a character or playing a role should be discussed ahead of time.” Not while you’re on the set. You followed the script. You were aware of the situation. “What do you stand for?”
