The Promise Keepers are in 18th place with 15 points after 15 matches.

Following Fatai Osho’s departure last week, Abdullahi has stepped in to lead the team.

Sunshine Stars held Akwa United to a 0-0 draw in Abdullahi’s first game in command last week.

The young tactician, on the other hand, is confident that they will win over Katsina United.

“It’s been a rough road for us since the beginning of the season, but I’m confident that the situation will change here in Katsina,” he told the club’s official media.

“We know what the problem is, and we’ve done everything we can to address it in our training sessions.” Our ball play is good, and we always create chances, but getting the ball into the net appears to be difficult.”

On Thursday, the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium will host the matchday 16 clash.
