Ibrahim Giwa, special assistant to the Executive Secretary of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, has verified the deaths of two more state pilgrims.
He stated that the two pilgrims perished while doing hajj in Saudi Arabia.
The pilgrims, he said, were Bashir Umar Sambo from Kubau Local Government and Sulaiman Abubakar (Unguwan Lalli) from the state’s Igabi Local Government Area.
He went on to say,
“The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency confirms the deaths of Sulaiman Abubakar Unguwan Lalli, KD 086 TRK from Igabi LGA, and Bashir Umar Sambo, KD 318 KB from Kubau LGA.”
The tragic deaths of two pilgrims raise the total number of pilgrims killed in Saudi Arabia to four.
