President Bola Tinubu underlined the importance of a progressive and inclusive democracy that prioritizes poverty eradication by generating job opportunities for young people and ensuring adequate education for all Nigerian children.
Tinubu stated his support for the establishment of the National Institute of Progressive Studies while hosting the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Working Committee (NWC) in Lagos.
He emphasized the institute’s significance in doing extensive research, teaching party members on democratic values and good governance, and providing a distinct identity to the party.
In his own words;
“Democracy has faced challenges in the past, but I am optimistic about our country’s future.” We’ll get it to you.”
“I am committed to supporting a strong and ideologically-determined democracy that is progressive, inclusive, and focused on eliminating poverty while providing quality education for our children.”
“Collaboration with various government arms is crucial, and I commend the leadership of our party for working hard to promote these essential ideals”.
