To prevent the EndSARS anniversary march, the Lagos State Police Command has doubled the number of officers stationed at the Lekki toll gate.

At around 11:50 a.m., an NAIJALOADED journalist counted at least 100 police officers.
A detachment of roughly 50 operatives were being addressed by superior officials while some stayed inside their trucks.

There were more than 15 vehicles there, including automobiles, trucks, and armored personnel carriers.
On both sides of the Lekki-Ajah expressway toll gate, there was a steady flow of traffic.

Also as at the time of this report, the general area was calm with no march in sight.
The police are expected to remain at the scene till Friday.
