Tottenham fullback Sergio Reguilon has agreed to a loan to Manchester United.
Since Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia would be sidelined for a while due to injury, United has been looking for a replacement left-back.
We were unable to reach an agreement with Chelsea regarding Marc Cucurella, but our talks on Spain’s Reguilon have been beneficial.
United are also attempting to close a deal for Sofyan Amrabat of Fiorentina.
The Serie A club has extended Amrabat’s contract until 2024. The midfielder was a star for Morocco at the 2018 World Cup.
Reguilon, 26, has completed his physical and will be available to play for Erik ten Hag’s squad on Sunday’s road trip to Arsenal.
