Hilda Baci, a Nigerian chef, set a record in May by cooking for 93 hours and 11 minutes, which was later broken by Alan Fisher in November.

Despite breaking Fisher’s record, Mama D’s formal designation as the Longest Cooking Marathon record holder is pending verification from Guinness World Records.
