In relation to the brutal murder of the late Ahoada Divisional Police Officer, Bako Angbashim, in Rivers State, one Gift, David Okpara, also known as 2-Baba, has been named as a person of interest by the Nigeria Police.
The DPO was reportedly killed on Friday of last week during an operation by the suspect and members of his gang, as reported by jane scope.
The state governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has placed a N100 million reward for information leading to the capture of the main suspect and his associates.
Along similar lines, the state police command announced Wednesday that the suspect was wanted for “conspiracy, cultism, and murder” in a post on the official X platform.
The Rivers State government and the Nigeria Police Force have put up a 101 million Nigerian naira (about $2 million) bounty for information leading to the capture of one Gift David Opara, dubbed “2baba.”
“Give us info and cash out from us,” the message continued.
