Hotkid, a popular singer, was arrested after a show producer allegedly used his name to deceive customers.

The artist revealed his horror on his Instagram account, saying he was jailed because a show producer, Brave T.Tey, reportedly deceived people using his name.

“I’ve collected over 10 million naira from various people!” the ‘Ozana’ singer wrote. Because of this @brave_t.tey, they came to arrest me for money I had no idea about. Greetings, oloriburuku! Naso individuals enter wahala that is not their own oo.”

In another post, Hotkid shared a photo of the show’s promoter and said, “Wanted! He’s a liar! I’m giving you 24 hours to pay the lady and everyone else you took money from under my name, or you’ll despise yourself.”
