Remember that Atiku, the Party’s presidential candidate, was chastised by the Chairman of the Integrity Group (G-5) and a PDP member for preventing the opposition Party from nominating a candidate from the South.

Wike and other G-5 governors had decided to act against the former vice president prior to the election, which was said to have contributed to the victory of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Dino, in response to the governor’s actions on Tuesday night, insisted on Twitter that the G-5 were unimportant to the elections.

In issuing a “last warning” to Wike to hide his head in shame, he mentioned how several G-5 members failed in the election.

“Wike should bury his head in shame and shut up,” he said. I warn him not to disparage Atiku any longer; that is enough. Finally, a word of caution. The G-5 has no bearing on the recently finished presidential election.

“The G5 who could not deliver themselves for their senate bid cannot be the ones claiming pride in claimed Atiku loss. Apart of the thuggery and manipulation of INEC employees, even Wike had little to do with APC votes in Rivers”.
