Mr. Michael Anoka, the State Commissioner for Urban Renewal, told reporters after inspecting the structure that the incident was caused by a building flaw.

Anoka, who stated that there were no casualties, added, “The Ministry is still investigating.” The government is already taking precautions, as evidenced by the fact that the site has been locked. Following our inquiry, we will produce a report on what occurred here today.

“Everyone should remain calm; the government had already begun measures prior to today’s incident.” We are attempting to establish a procedure that will allow us to prevent such scenarios.”

Officials from the State Emergency Management Agency and security personnel have roped off the area where the event occurred.
