You may recall that Wizkid criticized Reekado Banks in 2020 for trying to release a new song in the midst of the EndSARS demonstrations.
Reekado Banks revealed “Omo Ologo,” a new track with Wizkid, on October 15, 2020.
“Gbedu must drop. Out of control,” Reékado Banks tweeted. This song features my brother @wizkidayo and drops at midnight. Still talking about it!!! SWAT, SARS, and police brutality must all end.
Wizkid responded to Reekado Banks with a critical remark about his fourth album, “Made In Lagos,” which was scheduled to be released today, October 15, 2020.
“Delete this person,” Wizkd retorted. I find it unbelievable that you would even consider doing this now. dated tune fool #endsars!
Wizkd continued, “@ReekadoBanks clout beast #EndSARS,” after that.
Reekado Banks insulted Wizkid for two years before jokingly referring to him as a marijuana user.
Wizkid called me an animal and a f00l on Twitter, and many expected me to be upset with him, but I’m not, Reékado Bank wrote.
He has never expressed regret to me, and I don’t require one because I am certain that he was under the influence of marijuana that day.
Literally, Reekado Banks is claiming that Big Wiz is a drug addict who uses marijuana and speaks when high?
However, Wizkid shouldn’t have referred to him as an idiot and a beast. He ought to have apologized, but because he was a proud child, he hasn’t done so yet.
