The University of Sydney Scholarships in Australia invites International Students to apply for Fully Funded Scholarships for Masters’s and Ph.D. degrees. Almost all academic fields are available at the institution for Master and Ph.D. degrees to all students from across the world. Scholarships from the Australian Government Research Training Program will cover all expenses. Full Scholarships are available for international students.

Scholarships from the Australian Government’s Research Training Program (RTP) will cover the costs of completing a Masters’s or Ph.D. degree in Australia. This grant is open to students from all over the world.

The University of Sydney Scholarships is fully funded scholarships for international students studying abroad. Because they are offering free master’s and doctoral programs, all expenses will be covered. International students are eligible for a full RTP scholarship. Scholarships will pay all costs.

  • University Tuition Fee for Masters and Ph.D.
  • Accommodation is provided at no cost.
  • A stipend of $28,596 per year is provided.
  • Medical Insurance (Paid sick leave).
  • Airfare ($1,250 for travel from their home country to                Sydney at the start of studies and up to $1,250 for return        travel after successful completion of studies).
  • Master’s degree reimbursement funds are up to $420, and         Ph.D. degree reimbursement funds are up to $840.
  • Maternity leave is paid.
  • Research funding is also available.

Undergraduate:

worth $6000 each year, renewable for 1 to 5 years (including combined undergraduate degrees):

$6000 each year for the duration of a bachelor’s degree

$6000 for one year of undergraduate study.

University of Sydney Scholarship Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants of any nationality from anywhere in the world are welcome to apply.

For a research Master’s or a Master’s of Philosophy: Undergraduate degrees with first or second-class honors from any respectable university are acceptable.

Ph.D. Research Program: You must exhibit past research experience and capability. In most circumstances, you will have one of two options:

A bachelor’s degree with honors in the first or upper second class
A master’s degree that is completed to a high academic standard and contains a significant amount of research

A qualification that is equivalent in terms of research experience, expertise, and capability.

Documents Required:

To apply for an Australian Government scholarship, all documents must be in English. Please carefully review the following documents.

Applicants seeking Master’s Degrees must have a Bachelor’s

Degree Diploma (or above) Transcripts

Candidates for the Ph.D. The degree Program must have a Master’s degree credential (or above) Transcripts

The most recently validated degree transcript with official stamps will be uploaded. (This includes grading points)

Two Letters of Recommendation

Acceptance from the Supervisor Official TOEFL or IELTS English language competence score letter. (If English is not your native tongue)
