• Consult on haircut depending on facial features of customer
• May shampoo and apply treatment to client’s hair in order to prepare it for cutting
• Cut and trim hair according to client’s preference
• Be familiar with adjusting tools in order to achieve desired texture and look to hair
• Shave and cut facial hair
• Instruct client’s on hair maintenance and styling
• Be knowledgeable on current male Asian-Pop inspired haircuts and prepare to provide specialty styling and cuts to clients with desired requires
• May support administrative duties within the office such as scheduling appointments and responding to telephone inquiries
• May support the manager n purchasing products and keeping stock of inventory.
Requirement
• Education: possession of high school/secondary school diploma
• Experience: at least 2-3 years experience as a barber
Type of employment: Permanent, Full-time position
Remuneration: $16 per hour for 30 hours of work a week
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation
