As we prepare for a joint concert with Wizkid, David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, joined the starboy and CKay to become the first Nigerian musicians in history to have a song that has sold over a million copies in the US.
After selling over a million copies in the US alone, the RIAA awarded Davido’s hit song “Fall,” which was released on June 2, 2017, a platinum certification.
On May 28, 2020, the well-known song obtained a Gold certification, demonstrating yet another achievement that has made many people proud of Davido the superstar.
In the US, Wizkid, whose smash single “Essence” has sold over a million copies, and CKay, whose smash hit “Love Nwantiti” has also sold over a million copies, finally join Davido.
Fans are ecstatic and can’t wait for more from the 30 BG boss as an artist in 2023 after he revealed there would be more to come from him.
