According to her, public-private partnerships and the smooth execution of the six pillars of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2021–2025 (FCSSIP25) are responsible for the Office of the Head of the Civil Service Federation’s (OHCSF) current record of success.

She revealed that a vigorous strategy to implement FCSSIP 25 through funding, stakeholder involvement, communication and sensitization, and buy-in is establishing a new civil service capable of propelling the country’s prosperity.

Yemi-Esan went on to say that as part of its commitment to making the Service a world-class level, the OHCSF is working in collaboration with the business sector.

It is the top decision-making body for issues pertaining to the public service, according to her description.

The HoSF further urged states to encourage civil servants to apply for and take part in the Federal Government’s annual LEAD-P program, which aims to improve their leadership abilities.

The governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Mohammed, CON, urged all civil services in the 36 states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory to build a strong alliance with the OHCSF in his speech at the event. This would help to expedite development and service delivery throughout Nigeria.
