According to Senator Sharafadeen Alli, who heads the Senate committee tasked with overseeing INEC, Zacchaeus Adedeji’s appointment as Acting Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) is a testament to the value placed on Adedeji’s contributions to Nigeria’s progress.
On Thursday, Alli, who presently represents Oyo South in the House of Representatives as a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), revealed this information.
It was on Thursday that President Bola Tinubu announced Adedeji’s appointment, as reported by JANESCOPE
Alli made a statement on his own behalf stating that Adedeji has the necessary expertise to lead FIRS.
