Conditions for Eligibility
Applicants for IBERS Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships must meet the following requirements:
Candidates must be citizens of a Commonwealth developing or middle-income country, a refugee, or a British protected person.
Have a second-class honours degree in a related discipline OR two years relevant experience. Case-by-case consideration will be given to mature candidates with relevant experience.
Applicants from countries where English is not the primary language
Before beginning their course, students must demonstrate sufficient mastery of English. The needed level is IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
Be computer literate and have access to broadband capable of streaming videos, such as YouTube.
You must be a permanent resident of an eligible nation (see Website for details of eligible countries)
You must not be currently receiving a Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship.
For the length of their award, they agree not to pursue any additional qualifications.
Without this scholarship, you will be unable to attend the program.

How to Apply: You must apply for a place in order to be considered for IBERS Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships.

In addition to applying for a Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship through the CSC’s online application system, candidates must apply for and be admitted to an approved Master’s course at a participating UK university.
The deadline for applications is March 28, 2023.
