Posted by The Plateau State Governorship Election lawsuit Tribunal, sitting in Jos, the state capital, has dismissed the All Progressives Congress (APC) lawsuit challenging the election of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governor Caleb Mutfwang.
According to the Tribunal, the PDP convened a lawful congress in Plateau State on September 25, 2023.
The Tribunal also ruled that the issue of a candidate’s nomination and sponsorship constituted a pre-election concern.
