Black Sherif, a rapper, has dropped clues that he may take a hiatus from music

Mohammed Ismail Sherif, better known by his stage name Black Sherif, is a rapper and musician from Ghana. He has hinted that he may take a hiatus from the music industry.

After the release of his second album, the 21-year-old artist stated that he planned to continue his study.

Black has expressed interest in resuming his education and obtaining a degree in tailoring.

The singer who is known for his song “Kwaku the Traveller” posted on his X (formerly known as Twitter) profile the following: “[I] Need to get this album out and go back to school to learn how to make clothes.”

The song ‘First Sermon,’ which Black Sherif released in May of 2021, was largely responsible for his rise to fame that year. The follow-up track to the song, titled “Second Sermon,” was released in July and received a remix featuring Burna Boy, a Nigerian artist who has won a Grammy.
