Abuja’s Court of Appeal has reversed a ruling from the National and State House of Assembly Election Tribunal in Asaba, Delta State.
Ndudi Elumelu, a candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was recently announced as the victor of the 2023 election for the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency in Delta State, as previously reported by DAILY POST.
On Thursday, however, the appeals court upheld Labour Party (LP) candidate Ngozi Okolie’s election as an MP.
